In January, Mattel unveiled three new body types, seven new skin tones, and 18 different eye colors and hairstyles for Barbie. Now, 24-year-old Haneefah Adam imagines a Barbie^[2] who wears hijabs.^[1]

The Nigerian Master's graduate has made modest outfits for the world's best-selling doll, including a cheetah abaya and a plaid hijab.
